The Restaurant le Daniel, gastronomic cuisine near the Champs-Elysees.

Member of the prestigious « Relais & Châteaux », The Daniel has high expectations for its cuisine and charmed  the Parisian connoisseurs by its sophisticated elegance, its original style, its quietness, and the excellence of its cuisine.

The chef Jérôme Bonnet, started his first experience with the Pourcel brothers at the Jardin des Sens in Montpellier. Then,he joigned Bernard Loiseau in Saulieu. After three years of a close cooperation and deep trust, Mr.Loiseau named him at the head of his restaurant Tante Jeanne in Paris. Jérôme Bonnet completed his Parisian experience, at Le Doyen and at the Maison du Danemark for the Flora Danica and the Copenhague restaurants.

His dearest wish is to work high quality products, in their best season, respecting their full flavor and enhancing their taste.Each of his mentors left a print in his cuisine:
Since his childhood, he was fascinated by the famous Paul Bocuse who influenced him throughout his career. Bernard Loiseau, with whom he worked very closely for 6 years, transmitted to him the respect of the products and the attraction for pure cuisine. The Pourcel brothers teached him the perfect control of cooking of the vegetables.

Jérôme Bonnet makes his best to offer a tasting of noble products:
Every day he selects new farmers in order to make us discover the best of each French region.
Meat and poultry are chosen by Hugo Desnoyer, the renowned expert of french meat. Vegetables are bought every early morning at the Rungis foodhall’s « Carré »; the selection of organic goat cheese is brought every week, from Touraine to Paris by the farmer Dominique Fabre.....

Throughout a clear and sophisticated menu, the talentuous Jérôme Bonnet declines a generous cuisine, easily understandable.

The gourmet Restaurant Daniel is open from Mondays to Fridays for lunch and dinner.

The Restaurant Le Daniel features a seasonal cuisine, prepared with the freshest products selected directly at the Parisian local markets and at the best local producers.
A French cuisine, generous and authentic.

Daily Menu 39€ (starter, main course or main course, dessert) & 49€ (starter, main course, dessert)
Tasting Menu : At lunch and dinner : 79€ (5 gourmet courses, excluding drinks)

The gourmet Restaurant Le Daniel is open from mondays to fridays.
A week-end menu is served on saturdays and sundays.

The restaurant will be close this summer from August 02nd to August 25th included !

Meet our chef

Member of the prestigious « Relais & Châteaux », The Daniel has high expectations for its cuisine and hired a new talent to manage its Food & Beverage section:
Jérôme Bonnet, 38 years old, born and raised in Languedoc Roussillon.
His first experience started with the Pourcel brothers at the Jardin des Sens in Montpellier. Then, he joigned Bernard Loiseau in Saulieu. After three years of a close cooperation and deep trust, Mr.Loiseau named him at the head of his restaurant Tante Jeanne in Paris. Jérôme Bonnet completed his Parisian experience, at Le Doyen and at the Maison du Danemark for the Flora Danica and the Copenhague restaurants.

His dearest wish is to work high quality products, in their best season, respecting their full flavor and enhancing their taste. He personalizes some traditional recipes and creates his own, always harmonious, generous and gourmet.

Throughout a clear and sophisticated menu, the talentuous Jérôme Bonnet declines a generous cuisine, easily understandable.
